Description

Tasting Notes: Citrine colour, floral and fruity aroma, harmonious, full and persistent palate.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes with strict pre-selection at the winery. Destemmed, pressed and slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18°C.
