Tasting Notes: Citrine colour, fruity aroma and a palate marked by citrus sensations and a dry finish.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes, with strict pre-selection at the winery. Destemmed, pressed and fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
