Tasting Notes: Citrine colour, complex and intense aroma with fruity, floral and citrus notes, balanced, complex, full and persistent palate.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes with strict pre-selection at the winery. Destemmed, pressed and slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18°C.
Grape Varieties: Blend of regional grape varieties.
Food Pairing: Ideal with roast fish, seafood rice, shellfish and more structured Mediterranean dishes.
