Tasting Notes: Slightly golden colour, fruity and floral aroma, palate with gentle floral notes, light oak and a dry finish.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes with strict pre-selection. Destemmed and pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, with one year of ageing in barrel and bâtonnage.
Grape Varieties: Alvarinho 
Food Pairing: Ideal with oily fish, cod, poultry, creamy dishes and richer textured cuisine.
